Business operations are composed by regular activities while they are deployed by organization mid-term tactics or even long-term strategy. Customer feedbacks and responded actions can also be regarded as one kind of activity within an organization due to that it's to achieve the "customer service" or "customer satisfaction" in tactical goals.

 Activities herein should be completed by a close-loop process, it's to say, people propose requests, people do the actions and then people accept the results, then complete the whole process. An easy description tells the loop, but how to implement it? Just as easy as the request-action-result cycle seemingly? Or what should be done to make the cycle perfect?

 To complete the close-loop process, it seems that someone may need to watch or follow every step in the cycle, but does it really necessary to do so? Or just make it automatically execute without any monitoring?

 Generally, we have to trust that people will do what they should do without control of them, although in most situations, it is contrary to that. Maybe this is why management exists while that at the same time, management has more things to do such as strategic planning and important decision making so that "watching" what people do and what the results are will be just part of the functions of management.

 From such a perspective of view, management may not pay all their efforts to monitor every thing every employee does. Employees have to watch themselves instead of just waiting their boss to tell them what to do. People are hired not just to follow what the boss says but to bring their creativity. What employees should do is managing themselves and top management should do is creating the "self-ruled" culture and watching critical performance indices. When managements have to watch every detail operation activities, it wastes huge management resources so that they can not do actually what they should do. Everything is deemed to failure in such a management resource-wasted organization, people have to do what others do and people do not do what they have to do, a vicious cycle then occurs. In such an organization, it depletes and depletes everyone's patience till that the organization is gone…

 Maybe people should complete the whole cycle in some self-directed manners!!
