　　飛機起飛前的天氣，陰冷濕霾，載滿旅客的巨大747客機，衝破灰厚雲層，躍徉於陽光耀芒的金色雲海上。飛機降落時的天氣，金色陽光依舊灑佈，暖暖空氣舒暢瀰漫天空。褪去身上稍顯厚重的衣著，懷抱不知應該輕鬆或是應該嚴肅的難以調適心情，緩步於熙嚷擁擾的街上。

　　注視著牆上舊昔昏黃照片，同時遙望著維多利亞港裡頻仍往來的渡輪，與對岸摩天高樓，很難想像過去的貧窮漁村，竟可發展成現今的豐富繁華。或許，是歷史的造就，也是歷史的宿命，讓過去的邊陲小村，某一度成為陰冷鐵幕中的唯一自由嚮往聖潔之境，並在歷史發展的顛沛流離，與伴隨而生的資本主義經濟劇烈膨脹發展中，再次回到舊有統治者手中，成為十三億人口的瞭望之窗與出入門戶。

　　丁丁歷險記(Adventures of TinTin/Les Aventures De TinTin )是比利時漫畫家Herge於1929年創造出的角色，對於一個八、九歲的小學生而言，見著這個漫畫人物的當時，當然不會知道丁丁這個角色的廣佈流傳與對於比利時這個國家的表徵意義，或許，小王子用來代表法國，那丁丁當之無愧是比利時的象徵。

　　Situation changes, situation changes make people change. People are always finding the best situation they can find while no one knows what the best situation is. What is right today may be wrong tomorrow while risk may be the only consideration. What's the risk to select a job? I wonder if people have the capability to estimate the risk of selecting a wrong job although people have to estimate it!!

　　It will be two years from the day joined the company after tomorrow, time passed by, thinking about the next step and the future. People should be responsible for what they selected so that people should not regret to what they selected. Be tired of founding of new factories or a new company; be tired of establishing new rules and new organizations. Nothing left and nothing gained at all but just tiredness.
