　　It's about time to complete current journey and be ready to face another challenge. There are so many crossroads in one's career path while some opportunities appear and vanish so rapid but some opportunities are always waiting you there. The only thing important is to sharpen your strength to get over each difficulty while fruitful chances are always waiting behind the difficulties. Keep the capabilities, keep the chances.

　　It's an interesting saying that there exists no loss but only learning and earning. In good situations, you earn and it bad ones, you learn. The point is, however, the time you allocate to learning and earning. Always gaining earning someone corrupt and always learning makes someone depressed so that people have to determine their own time spend between learning and earning. Sometimes learning and sometimes earning richens your career path.

　　When you see more, more definite and proper decisions you will make. In a learning situation, when you find that you can not see the vision nor the future, it's about time to terminate the embarrassed status and equip your mind to look forward to another earning.
